I have the same problem form time to time, if I cant get it off, i drink a
glass of regular ice tea, and that seems to help get it going, if you do
this remeber to drink extra water that day cause, tea can dehydrate you.
good luck

Not sure what you are eating when you do, but one thing to look for in you
food and/or supplement intake is the amount of sodium. Foods (and
supplements) with high sodium content can make you retain water. Salt acts
like a sponge and soaks up your fluids (thus you retain more). They also
sell some over-the-counter stuff for water retention, most often needed
when women are on their periods. Good luck.

I had the same trouble. I had this off and on for a year. I don't care
what I did, the swelling remained. It was mostly in the lower extremeties.
At one point the doctor thought I was not getting enough protein. I
wasn't eating any additional salt. The doctor put me on diaretics, but
this was only a temporary fix. I am about 2.5 years out and still my right
arm tends to swell without explanation. I would discuss this with your
doctor, as you may need to up your protein level Good luck.
