Has anyone else obtained fluid after have WLS?

I am obtaing fluid for some reason...not sure why...I am drinking my water, and still not eating much at all....But since I had my surgery 12 weeks ago, they will not let me have my blood pressure pill which has a diurectic in it...and there for I obtain fluid...Last week I was able to wear my wedding band set my hubby bought me 3 years ago I have never been able to wear before, but today I can't even get my old band off my finger because is swelled...So what do I do?
