Question:
I am a slow loser. Started at 347 and I am now 252. I want to know will I continue

to lose. I do not snack. I eat 3 meals a day. Small meals. I started exercising more. But, I am wondering if I will continue to lose. I really want to hit 200 by October. If I don't that is ok. Dont get stressed out!! Go back to the beginning...water, walk, and protein. Just keep up the great work you are already doing you will be fine. just remember to drink you water and eat you protein. God Bless and good luck.You are doing great!!

You should be proud of yourself. I have not had surgery yet but I have been going to a support group and they say platuas happen to everyone and it just means your body's metabolism is trying to catch up keep up the exercise don't quit and I bet you in a couple of weeks you'll see results. also don't weigh yourself everyday that can be depressing sometimes.
