I am a slow loser. Started at 347 and I am now 252. I want to know will I continue
to lose. I do not snack. I eat 3 meals a day. Small meals. I started exercising more. But, I am wondering if I will continue to lose. I really want to hit 200 by October. If I don't that is ok. I just want to be sure I will continue to lose. Thank you in advance.
