Question:
What can do about keeping my skin looking young?
I have found that if I don't drink enough water, my skin becomes really old looking. My face and hands are wrinkled looking and look awful After a few days of drinking as much as I can, I start looking younger! Has anyone else found this to be true? Also if I miss vitamins for a few days, I start looking haggard and old. I am 49. I don't want to have people whispering behind my back "she lost weight and now looks OLD!" Anyone have any ideas on keeping the skin young looking? — Marilyn C. (posted on February 24, 2002)

Marilyn, it sounds to me like you have answered your own question :) Keep
drinking your water and be sure to get in your vitamins, dehydration and a
vitamin deficiency would definately make a person appear older, the health
experts have been telling us to do this for years anyway!

Yep. Exactly. I notice it with protein, of course, cuz I'm faithful to
getting my vites in every day. If I maintain the 180g I prefer, I think I
look my age. If I slide back to 120g, I look MUCH older, just as you said.
I'm not a whiz with the water, but when I'm good, I look better, when I'm
naughty, I pay. Do you also take dry form vit E?
