What can do about keeping my skin looking young?
I have found that if I don't drink enough water, my skin becomes really old looking. My face and hands are wrinkled looking and look awful After a few days of drinking as much as I can, I start looking younger! Has anyone else found this to be true? Also if I miss vitamins for a few days, I start looking haggard and old. I am 49. I don't want to have people whispering behind my back "she lost weight and now looks OLD!" Anyone have any ideas on keeping the skin young looking?
