Looking for physician (not surgeon) in Tucson under CIGNA plan

I recently changed to CIGNA, which has a good chance of getting me approved for WLS. I would like to have the lap RNY by Dr. Juarez in Phoenix. I was wondering if any of you in Tucson could refer me to a regular physician you have dealt with that is under the CIGNA plan in Tucson. I will need them to refer me to Dr. Juarez in Phoenix. I chose Dr. Bessette out of the book because you have to select someone when you fill out the insurance forms, but will not meet with him until October.
