Looking for physician (not surgeon) in Tucson under CIGNA plan

I recently changed to CIGNA, which has a good chance of getting me approved for WLS. I would like to have the lap RNY by Dr. Juarez in Phoenix. I was wondering if any of you in Tucson could refer me to a regular physician you have dealt with that is under the CIGNA plan in Tucson. I will need them to refer me to Dr. Juarez in Phoenix. I chose Dr. Bessette out of the book because you have to select someone when you fill out the insurance forms, but will not meet with him until October. Would also just like to meet people in Tucson who have had the surgery by Dr. Juarez. Sara
