Question:
why is my stomach numb after my panni
I cant tell if I am hungry or full, has anyone else who had a panni experiencing this? I am numb to the point that I am really afraid of eating way to much. My bladder is also numb, I empty it every hour just to be sure I dont end up going in my pants. Any input would be appreciated... — Lisa J. (posted on September 7, 2003)

Because your stomach muscles were cut thru. This is common for awhile
after any surgery where a muscle is cut.

I forgot to add, this shoudn't have anything to do with whether or not you
can feel full. Your pouch is way above your panni.

I had my last c-section 9 years ago and I still have numb spots around my
incision. They cut through nerves and it can take years for all of the
feeling to return.
