why is my stomach numb after my panni

I cant tell if I am hungry or full, has anyone else who had a panni experiencing this? I am numb to the point that I am really afraid of eating way to much. My bladder is also numb, I empty it every hour just to be sure I dont end up going in my pants. Any input would be appreciated...
