Question:
Has anyone ever brought a LAWSUIT against their ins co???

I have gone through all the channels for my TT/legs and have been denied on all attempts. Finally, we had an outside review that was shotty at best. They upheld the insurance co's decision. Hi Robby, No, I haven't, but I did just see something about a WLS attorney who is having some success with appealing these things.
