Has anyone ever brought a LAWSUIT against their ins co???

I have gone through all the channels for my TT/legs and have been denied on all attempts. Finally, we had an outside review that was shotty at best. They upheld the insurance co's decision. Has anyone sucessfully sued their ins co for the surgery? How did you go about it?
