Looking for Plastic Surgeon in D.C. area (Care First Insurance)

I have lost almost 100 pounds and I would like to go for a plastic surgery consultation. Can anyone recommend a doctor in my area? I don't know if my insurance will pay. Dr. Basner near Baltimore I hear is fabulous and I have already chosen him to do my plastic surgery next October. My one girlfriend is having her belt lipectomy and breast life with him next week and she says he is an awesome doctor, cute too! Here is his website....http://www.drsklatskyandbasner.com/. I used Dr. Michael Olding. He is the chief of plastic surgery at George Washington University. He was really great. I have no idea about what insurance he takes. His phone # is 202-741-3241 Good Luck
