Looking for Plastic Surgeon in D.C. area (Care First Insurance)

I have lost almost 100 pounds and I would like to go for a plastic surgery consultation. Can anyone recommend a doctor in my area? I don't know if my insurance will pay. I am having some issues with my skin chafing in several areas. Has anyone been able to get insurance approval based on something relatively minor?
