Question:
Is there a chance that the Dr. can find out I went to Dr. for WLS?

I dont want to tell the insurance company that I went to a WLS Dr. a year ago, because of an pre-existing clause..Can they find out?? the insurance was with bc/bs of MS. Now with BC/BS of GA>>help!!    — stephanie L. (posted on August 12, 2001)

Hi, pre-existing clause refers to treatment for a condition within six months prior to the effective date of the policy or hire date, so it sounds to me as though you may not even have to consider deliberate omission of information =O) All the best.
