Question:
Has anyone used a Palm Pilot to keep track of food intake after surgery?
I have a Palm Pilot and I know there must be a program out there that will help monitor total food intake after surgery. Has anyone found one that would be helpful? I (during the many, many, diets I have been on have found keeping track one of the hardest things about dieting.. — Ron M. (posted on August 20, 2000)

Oh I forgot to mention it in case some do not know what a Palm Pilot is....
A Palm Pilot is a small pocket sized computer/memory device that can be
used for schedules, phone lists, todo lists, etc... There are thousands of
programs out there for this item... Most are free or low cost as well..

Hi, I have a Handspring Visor which is basically the same as a Palm Pilot.
There are lots of sites to download programs from. I have seen some that
deal with diets and food intake but I don't have one. Here are some
links.
www.palmgear.com
www.zdnet.com
www.memoware.com
www.handango.com
www.pilotzone.com
Hope this helps. That's a great idea. I may try and find one of those
programs myself. Thanks for the idea.
