Has anyone used a Palm Pilot to keep track of food intake after surgery?

I have a Palm Pilot and I know there must be a program out there that will help monitor total food intake after surgery. Has anyone found one that would be helpful? I (during the many, many, diets I have been on have found keeping track one of the hardest things about dieting..
