Question:
Does anyone use Amino 2222 capsuls or tablets?
I am looking into purchasing Amino 2222 as a protein supplement and was wondering if anyone knows haw much protein is in the capsuls or tablet forms? I did a search on the net and could find the liquid form has 22.2222 grams each serving (3 tbls). I would also like any other suggestions on a concentrate/pill form of a protein supplement. The 2222 is not a complete protein, per the mfr. It never was intended as
such, but more as and adjunct. Not a stand alone product. Pills are not
very practical, as protein is just sort of bulky by nature. For example,
the pills I've seen take 3 pills = 1g protein. So, to get a basic 60g,
you'd have to take 180 pills. Just make mine chocolate, and I can get 30g
in 4 oz of water any time.

I use the Amino 2222 liquid and add it to a crystal light raspberry drink.
All 3 tbsp to up my protein. However, this is only 1/3 of my protein for
the day, and I'll try to get a chicken breast or something else in. This
at least gives me an alternative if I am wanting to up protein without a
shake for the day.
