Does anyone use Amino 2222 capsuls or tablets?

I am looking into purchasing Amino 2222 as a protein supplement and was wondering if anyone knows haw much protein is in the capsuls or tablet forms? I did a search on the net and could find the liquid form has 22.2222 grams each serving (3 tbls). I would also like any other suggestions on a concentrate/pill form of a protein supplement. Thanks Marcy, 8 weeks post-op.
