Has anyone had Bluechoice PPO of GA approve their sugery first try?

I am wanting Insurance approval for a tummytuck,arms, thighs. I think the Dr.has ask for a whole body lift due to I have lost 211 pounds and my arms,back,and legs are giving me so much pain with the lose skin hanging.As anyone gotten appraval on the first try?
