Has anyone had Bluechoice PPO of GA approve their sugery first try?

I am wanting Insurance approval for a tummytuck,arms, thighs. I think the Dr.has ask for a whole body lift due to I have lost 211 pounds and my arms,back,and legs are giving me so much pain with the lose skin hanging.As anyone gotten appraval on the first try? Or how may appeals did it take before you got approved. Janice
