Question:
Has anyone with Humana PPO in Illinois been approved with exclusions?

I have Humana PPO Choicecare and have been denied because of an exclusion that states " any surgical procedure to reduce obesity." Does anyone else have this insurance and been approved? And if so HOW please I need help fast!!!    — kimmarie68 (posted on August 29, 2002)

I was approved on the first try with Humana Choicecare. I, however, do have diabetes. I went to BTC and they handled everything. I was approved within 3 weeks and I'm going to BTC Belvidere Sept 6. Good Luck!
