Has anyone with Humana PPO in Illinois been approved with exclusions?

I have Humana PPO Choicecare and have been denied because of an exclusion that states " any surgical procedure to reduce obesity." Does anyone else have this insurance and been approved? And if so HOW please I need help fast!!!
