Question:

I just called the 1-800# to find out exactly how much caffeine was in a 8oz glass. And they told me that there was only 11.25 milligrams, if you compare that to a 6 oz of coffee which has a whopping 70-80 milligrams it is nothing! I called my Dr. and he said that is such a small amount that I should not even bother worrying about it. So I say drink away all you Crystal light peach iced tea, and tea lovers!!!! They also have a web site that will soon have all that info on it. Thanks for confirming this! I love Crystal light iced teas and I'd always assumed that there were minimal amounts of caffeine. I never thought of calling!!! Good job.....

I checked their website (http://www.kraftfoods.com/crystallight/html/cl_product_t.html) and it states that their ice teas are 99.9% caffeine free (i.e., 15 mgs. of caffeine per 8 fl. oz. serving, versus 65-120 mgs. in brewed coffee and 24-31 mgs. in instant teas).
