I just called the 1-800# to find out exactly how much caffeine was in a 8oz glass. And they told me that there was only 11.25 milligrams, if you compare that to a 6 oz of coffee which has a whopping 70-80 milligrams it is nothing! I called my Dr. and he said that is such a small amount that I should not even bother worrying about it. So I say drink away all you Crystal light peach iced tea, and tea lovers!!!! They also have a web site that will soon have all that info on it. I know this is silly but I was so excited I thought I would pass this information on to all of you.
