Question:
Has anyone had luck with getting a revision done with Tricare as the Insurance

I have Tricare Prime and am trying to see if anyone has had luck with getting a revision done. I have some skin irritations, arthritis in both hips and knee problems. Is this going to be enough problems to get Tricare to pay for at least part of the revision?    — BOK (posted on February 17, 2002)

I have Tricare Prime and I had a revision from the VBG to the Open RNY. I had this last November 15th, 2001. I had NO problems with the insurance but I had a very high BMI... comorbidity was knee and hip pain. I paid only $11 per night in the hospital and $12 copay for the doctor visits. I live in Northern Alabama... but happen to be in Oregon visiting my mother during the olympics. Feel free to email me if you have any further questions.
