Has anyone had luck with getting a revision done with Tricare as the Insurance

I have Tricare Prime and am trying to see if anyone has had luck with getting a revision done. I have some skin irritations, arthritis in both hips and knee problems. Is this going to be enough problems to get Tricare to pay for at least part of the revision?
