Question:
Does anyone have an appeal letter they sent for themselves?

I would like to read any letters you have sent that may be able to help me. I was denied with a Dr. that was "out of network." So I have another appt. with an "in-network dr." My RN Case Manager said that she would submit this new pre-cert as a new one instead of an appeal since I'm going to another Dr. I also found out what specifically they are wanting and am getting these together. Brenda, Check out my profile. I am in the appeal process with my insurance now. It has the letter my "new" Dr. sent and a 5 page letter I did on my behalf. Good Luck...
