Question:
Why take children's vitamins?

I bought a pill pulverizer today and I see seveal Q&A's regarding vitamins today. Can we take regular adult vitamins post-op if we pulverize them? I take 2 Calcium+D and Centrium Silver and they're big + an assortment of other smaller pills. Thanks,    — Betty Todd (posted on November 21, 2000)

I was instructed to take Flintstones Chewable Vitamins with Iron for the 1st 3 weeks, then any vitamin with iron of my choice after that (uncut/uncrushed). I take Centrum with no problems. Best wishes!
