Question:
I was denied by Humana PPO because of a company policy exclusion. What do I do now?

Humana stated that while the surgery is medically necessary, it is excluded by my compnay policy. I do not know what to do now. I get the feeling from the people at NeWeigh that things do not look good. They are not overly optomistic sounding. I don't know what to do now. Should I call Humana myself?
