Question:
Does anyone have good receipes for post-op eating?
I am looking forward to switching to pureed foods next week. I have been on liquids for almost a month. I am just curious if anyone out there, has some good recipes out there they would be willing to share. I am still scared I am either going to eat too much, or not enough. I am scared that it won't have the right contents of everything in the food. At the moment my only concern has been the protein and the liquids. That will soon be changing, and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a million. — Rebecca N. (posted on January 10, 2002)

Go to Victoria's web site as some of her recipes are very good and also
very simple to make. She doesn't have a bunch of "odd"
ingredients that you have to hunt all over the state for as she uses things
that you have in your pantry already or can easily get at the local
supermarket. Her web address is:
http://www.angelfire.com/ok3/vbowen2CookBook. We have tried her Low-fat
chili, chicken cordon bleu, cheesy chicken, breakfast burritos as well as
several others and have not found one yet that we do not like. I would
love to get her cookbook sometime in the near future as I am sure it has
even more recipes than what she gives out on her website. Good luck!!!
