Question:
Do you lose once you get back on the program?
After a VBG and losing 50 lbs. and regaining 20 + all the inches lost, can you lose after you get back on your program of proper eating and exercising? I went back to sweets and am trying to psych myself up to stop and get back on the program. I've heard the only time the weight loss is going to be the most is right after the surgery. — Pat B. yes , you do.At leats with rouen-y I am over a year post op , and had
slacked off a LOT ( could kick myself in the butt ) I re-dedicated my self
in the past few months and have just hit the 199 pound mark ( I had started
at 350 and almost stopped losing alltogether at one time ) I do me
exercising now , live with my water cup in hand , and take vitamins and
calcium daily. Got rid of little debbie and all her evil friends and found
new interesting things like fruits and vegetables and it's working wonders
, gee why didn't I think of it sooner I wonder? just get back on the horse
and you can do it! Good luck , Heather
