Question:
Psych eval recommendation in Chicago?

Hi everyone! I was just told i need a psych evaluation for my insurance...I'm in chicago and was wondering if anyone had a name to recommend? I've never done the psychologist thing so how was your expirence and what was involved? And did they accept your insurance or did you need to pay? Thank you very much for any info!!    — Christie N. Try Northwestern Hospital, I'm sure they can recommend someone. My friend is going through them for his surgery and he used one of their psychiatrist/psychologists.

I saw Dr Davison in Wheaton. I know he does evals for the Weight for Life program, but don't know if he does for any other programs. His number is 630-462-3999. Good luck!
