Psych eval recommendation in Chicago?

Hi everyone! I was just told i need a psych evaluation for my insurance...I'm in chicago and was wondering if anyone had a name to recommend? I've never done the psychologist thing so how was your expirence and what was involved? And did they accept your insurance or did you need to pay? Thank you very much for any info!!
