Question:
Has anyone had the Fobi Pouch procedure approved through Cigna Healthcare?

I have Cigna Healthcare PPO insurance through Concentra Managed Care, Inc. I would like to get the Fobi Pouch procedure done and would like to know if anyone has gone through Cigna and if they encountered any problems. And how much the insurance covered. I'm also going for my consultation with the surgeon 10-03-01 to have this surgery and I have Cigna Healthcare thru Sprint. I will let you know what I find out. I do know that the surgeon (who only does this procedure) is in Cigna's network under general surgeons. Douglas Kaderabek in Indy. :)
