Question:
Stuck w/last 50lbs want to try Lipovarin or GNC Total Lean????

I came across this website for Lipovarin which is supposed to be a metabolism booster-thinking about trying it, I also purchased GNC Total lean today to help try and get off this plateau-cut out the bad stuff on Monday and am doing good so far sticking to it-But just want something to help speed it up??? Check the ingredients, but I don't think we can have GNC Toal Lean because it has white willow bark which is a derrivative (spelling) of ASPIRIN...which is a pouch burner! I tried stacker 2 and some others, but they all have it too...doctor said absolutely NOT! Have you tried INSTONE or Zantrex? Both of those are at GNC. Also, try going to your doctor and get Suvaril or some appetite suppressant. Just be careful to get your protein in and watch for things that harm the pouch. Also I wouldn't worry about the plateau....change your exercise or food for a few days. Good luck and let me know what you end up doing. :-)
