Stuck w/last 50lbs want to try Lipovarin or GNC Total Lean????

I came across this website for Lipovarin which is supposed to be a metabolism booster-thinking about trying it, I also purchased GNC Total lean today to help try and get off this plateau-cut out the bad stuff on Monday and am doing good so far sticking to it-But just want something to help speed it up???
