Question about insurance and Qualification in KY

Hi. Has anyone here that has had the surgery in Ky with either Dr. Rodriguez or Dr. Allen had issues with medicaid? Can you give me a heads up to what they have to have before approval. Do you have to show proof of dr. supervised diets, etc...I went to a Dr. in Campbellsville about 8 years ago that is now no longer in business and he had me on fastines (diet pill) I dont know how I would get records of that with him not being there anymore...so I was just wondering if Medicaid was hard to get approval with and what they want. Hello I was gonna use Dr Allen I liked him very well but after the run around and jst flat out being lied to b his staff celest was the worest one can not remember the oters names right now but I did not like being lied to so i found different dr allot of what happen is posted on my profiel best of luck to you my dr DR Argotte in mayfield ky takes mediciad that is who did my WLS and on monday he is opeaing a special bartaic hosp just for WLS if you want to get in contact with him his phone is (270)251-8101 Take care Huggs Beth
