Question:
Louisiana Residents Please Respond!!!

Hi everyone! I am posting this question for my poor sister who is fighting the "insurance monster". Her employer does not allow WLS under any circumstance. Anyhow, she is about ready to find another job because of this mess. Is there any of you out there who know of medium or large sized employers in the Louisiana area whose insurance covers WLS? Wendie I love in Louisiana and I had Cigna PPO when I had my surgery and they approved immediately no questions asked however now they require several things. My husband works for Textron Marine and we now have Definity Health and I heard they also pay as well as Louisiana Aetna and Coventry Health. Good Luck, Lesley

My husband is an employee for Kinko's Inc. They are switching in January from Aetna to Blue Cross, but from what I understand, none of the coverge will be different. The benefits with Kinko's is FANTASTIC. Good luck to her!

My husband works for Coushatta Casino in Kinder we have UNICARE American Life Care and I know that they have approved several WLS's for people on the plan hope this helps.
