Louisiana Residents Please Respond!!!

Hi everyone! I am posting this question for my poor sister who is fighting the "insurance monster". Her employer does not allow WLS under any circumstance. Anyhow, she is about ready to find another job because of this mess. Is there any of you out there who know of medium or large sized employers in the Louisiana area whose insurance covers WLS? ANY help yall can give will be greatly appreciated.
