Question:
help with out of pocket expense ,medicare and ins approval

I need to know how much out of pocket expense i can expect. I am on disability (S.S.)because of my extreme weight and I have Medicade Part A and Part B. Also does anyone know if The people at the Baylor Weight Loss Surgery Center help you with prior insurance approval and do they have a finance program to let you pay out any uncovered expenses.I have very few resourses and receive a very small income from Social Security.    — joy S. Hello, I had surgery in burlingame calif. I am medical/medicare on permanent disability and it was covered 100% lap rny. I hope this helps. You have to find a dr. that takes medicare. [email protected]

Joy, I am also on Medicare and I also have Alabama Medicaid... I did not have to have a pre-approval for my surgery and was told I wouldnt have any other expenses... My surgery date is next Wednesday.. Nov 13th... Good Luck To You
