Question:
Does anyone know anything about The Compass Team?

I have been getting emails, etc from the Compass Team? I had thought it had something to do with this web site and gave them all the information they needed. They sent me an email stating they contacted my Insurance Co and have everything set up. They said something about flying me to their facility to have the surgery and they cover the hotel etc? Does anyone know who these people are and if they're legitimate???? I am so confused with this and would appreciate any info you can give me. Dianna, Yes Compass is a legitamate organization. They do all of the leg work for the surgeons eg insurance approval, arranging transportation, etc. I used them and had bc/bs insurance. They did an excellent job getting my surgery approved quickly and made all arrangements for my flight and accomidations as I was from out of state. If you have BC/BS the surgeon that they will most likely set you up with is Dr Andrew Hargroder in Baton Rouge Louisiana. He is an excellent Lap surgeon. I found the overall experience to be very positive.
