Does anyone know anything about The Compass Team?

I have been getting emails, etc from the Compass Team? I had thought it had something to do with this web site and gave them all the information they needed. They sent me an email stating they contacted my Insurance Co and have everything set up. They said something about flying me to their facility to have the surgery and they cover the hotel etc? Does anyone know who these people are and if they're legitimate???? I am so confused with this and would appreciate any info you can give me.
