Question:
Has anyone had the bypass done by Dr. Singh in Albany, NY?

I would like to know if anyone is familiar with Dr. Singh in Albany, NY. I would like to know what to expect and what he'll want me to do in order to start the surgery process. I've seen another surgeon and was ready to have the surgery done, but he only does the plasty and I hear the failure rate for that one is pretty high. Any info. will be great!    — Melissa S. I have not yet met with him but I have been to the nutritionist, I have my psych eval scheduled and I will meet with him on 6/11. If you would like to email me after that I can let you know. ALSO the support group that is at Albany Med is really a great help. I have been to two of the meetings and will attend the one tonight. It is in Bldg M in the gastroenterolgy dept. (Thurs currently every other from 6-8pm) Tonights meeting is geared towards the families of Bypass patients.
