Has anyone had the bypass done by Dr. Singh in Albany, NY?

I would like to know if anyone is familiar with Dr. Singh in Albany, NY. I would like to know what to expect and what he'll want me to do in order to start the surgery process. I've seen another surgeon and was ready to have the surgery done, but he only does the plasty and I hear the failure rate for that one is pretty high. Any info. will be great!
