Question:
Call from Dr. today, cloudy chest x-ray, what does that mean?

I am scheduled for surgery next Thursday with Dr. Capella. His nurse called today and told me I had to get surgery clearance from my Primary Physician. I dont have Primary Physician here, I just moved here. They are sending me to a Pulmonary Specialist for clearance, should I be worried? Nurse said, most likely nothing to worry about but needs to be checked and given clearance. Has anyone else experienced these results from their Pre-Admit testing? I am worried now that they will tell me I cant have surgery.    — Michell C. (posted on April 18, 2002)

I had to have a second set taken. My big boobs got in the way...seriously...they had to have me hold them way up and out to the sides the second time and they were able to get a more clear shot of my lungs. Maybe that's all that is wrong with yours too? Best of luck. Kim open RNY 7/17 -103
