Call from Dr. today, cloudy chest x-ray, what does that mean?

I am scheduled for surgery next Thursday with Dr. Capella. His nurse called today and told me I had to get surgery clearance from my Primary Physician. I dont have Primary Physician here, I just moved here. They are sending me to a Pulmonary Specialist for clearance, should I be worried? Nurse said, most likely nothing to worry about but needs to be checked and given clearance. Has anyone else experienced these results from their Pre-Admit testing? I am worried now that they will tell me I cant have surgery.
