Question:
I have some awful pain and numbness

There is an area about the size of an orange just right on my drainage area that has become very painful. It started out as a numb spot and then has progressively become more and more painful over the last two days. Now there is a faint pink rash. The pain fills like a sunburn but goes much deeper and prevents me from doing a lot. I have had no other pain since surgery so this is throwing me off. Call your doc ASAP. SOunds like you could have an infection or seroma. Botht things that need medical intervention. Good luck!

I had my gallbladder removed and my drainage tube got infected. The symptoms you describe sound the same as mine...Better go see someone before it gets in your blood stream !!!
