2 ways that you can tell if you have stretch your pouch,
1. you can eat more
2. you gain weight.
remember how big your pouch was when you were first operatied on, I believe
it was in the vicinity of 50mls, the answer is to measure your food and
definitly do not eat after your meal by at least 1 hour, as otherwise this
will liquidize your meal and allow it to go down more easily or quickly,
thren you will feel hungry too soon. Drink before eating but not after to
maintain your satiety

I use weight loss measurements and the following visual guidelines which
help me with portion control.
STOMACH SIZE
1 MO = 1.5 OZ [<1/4 CUP]
3 MO = 3 OZ [3/8 CUP]
6 MO = 4 OZ [1/2 CUP]
12 MO = 6 OZ [3/4 CUP]
24 MO = 8 OZ [1 CUP]
At 3 months you are at 3 OZ which is not very much. It is normal for your
pouch to expand per the above without over eating. Congratulations on your
courage & Good Luck.

My surgeon at a recent event honoring the two years he and his partner have
been together said......take cottage cheese and keep eating it, not fast,
not slow and when you feel full, measure water (not sure how to do this) in
the space where you ate and see how much you ate and that is your pouch
capacity.
