Is there financial help for plastic surgery after weighloss?

I had my appointment with the plastic surgeon and i have medicare and medicaid and the surgeon wants me to pay for the surgery upfront incase medicare will not pay. Kaiser will pay for a tummy tuck if loose abdominal skin completely covers pubic area and if you can document with photos that it's causing a rash under the loose skin. I think it's odd that your doctor's office doesn't know or can't get a pre-authorization. Good luck.
